Upon entering NOTO Houston, guests are greeted by a mesmerizing curved fiber-optic star ceiling, evoking the feeling of venturing into outer space. The venue’s upscale interior design goes beyond the ordinary, featuring textured light boxes, fluted banquettes with carbon fiber fabric and chromed metal accents, illuminated glass bars, and back bar walls.
